A Georgia-Czech business forum was held in Kutaisi.
The forum was organized by the Chambers of Commerce of Georgia and the Czech Republic and the Embassy of the Czech Republic.
The opening of the forum was attended by: Mayor of Kutaisi Ioseb Khakhaleishvili, President of the Chamber of Commerce of Georgia Giorgi Pertaia, Minister of Environmental Protection of the Czech Republic Petr Hladík, Ambassador of the Czech Republic Petr Kubernát.
The purpose of the economic forum was to establish business connections between Georgian and Czech entrepreneurs. Leading and large Czech and Georgian companies from various sectors participated in the forum, including: metallurgy, logistics, energy, engineering, water engineering, processing, pharmaceuticals, information technologies, environmental consulting, water management.
Within the framework of the forum, the companies took part in bilateral business meetings and discussed future cooperation plans.
