Kutaisi city council Legal Affairs Commission held a session, which was chaired by Vlasi Gardapkhadze, Chairman of the Commission. At the sitting, the members of the commission discussed the following issues on the agenda:

1. On the resignation of the Chairman of the Kutaisi city council , Nikoloz Lataria, regarding the resignation of the Chairman of the Kutaisi Municipality Sakrebulo

2. On Amending the Ordinance N 15 of Kutaisi city council of November 20, 2017 “On Recognition of the Establishment of the Faction“ United National Movement ”of the Kutaisi city council

4. On giving consent to the transfer of the real estate owned by the city of Kutaisi city Municipality to the joint stock company “Liberty Bank” for direct use (purchase, terms), in the form of lease, to the Mayor of Kutaisi city Municipality

5. On approving the transfer of the property owned by the city of Kutaisi city Municipality to the Limited Liability Company for use by MagtiCom through direct management (purchase, terms), lease form, on the consent of the Mayor of Kutaisi city Municipality

6. On giving consent to the use of the real estate owned by the city of Kutaisi city Municipality, by means of electronic auction (with purchase, terms), in the form of lease, to the Mayor of Kutaisi city Municipality

7. On giving consent to the Mayor of Kutaisi city Municipality for the transfer of the real estate owned by the  Kutaisi Municipality, by direct disposal (purchase, terms), in the form of lease, to the limited liability company “Kutaisi N4 Mixed Polyclinic”

8. On the approval of the 2020 budget of Kutaisi city Municipality
