At the sitting of Kutaisi city council , the deputies discussed ten issues on the agenda, where one of the limited liability companies was the issue of transferring ownership of the land plot to Big Service. After the approval of the project development plan of the automobile manufacturing plant by the City Council, the construction of a new automobile plant in N41 Avtomshenebeli Street will start.

According to the project, the company "I Group" in Kutaisi 100 h. Will build an electric car manufacturing plant in the area within 24 months. The plant will employ about 300 locals and will produce at least 5,000 electric vehicles within 18 months of the plant's launch.

It is important that the construction of the plant will be supported by the government and this will be the first time that the production of electric vehicles in the region will begin.
