A renovated square was opened on Chavchavadze Avenue in Kutaisi. The mayor of the city  Giorgi Chighvaria inspected the square together with Vice Mayor Giorgi Iobashvili and city council majoritarian deputies.

The infrastructure on the site was completely changed, the area was decorated with decorative tiles, landscaping works were carried out and ramps for the disabled were arranged.

Rehabilitation works were carried out by LTD ''Aradan'' ., which was financed with 213 000 GEL from the local budget.

"We met with the local population a few months ago and announced the works on the spot. As you can see the infrastructure has been completely replaced. The square is adapted for people with disabilities. The area was decorated with decorative tiles and new lighting poles were installed. This is another step forward to have more green stripes and a relaxing square in the city. We will continue working in this direction and there will be a completely new square in several other places in Kutaisi, "said the Mayor Giorgi Chighvaria.
