The second layer of asphalt is being laid on Rustaveli Avenue (Victory Square) in Kutaisi. The mayor of Kutaisi  Giorgi Chighvaria inspected the ongoing works together with Beka Kurashvili, Head of the Infrastructure Service and Zaza Chelidze, Representative of the Ukimerioni Administrative Unit. Various works were performed on Rustaveli Street. The drainage system has already been replaced, pedestrian paths have been repaired, road safety signs have been installed, grass cover has been renewed and trees have been re-formed. Rehabilitation of Rustaveli Street was funded with more than 3 million GEL from the Regional Development Fund.
