"M²" presented a project of a new hotel in Kutaisi. m² intends to sign a franchise agreement with Wyndham Hotel Group, the largest hotel company. On the operation of the mentioned hotel "Ramada Kutaisi". The presentation was attended by the   Mayor Giorgi Chighvaria, Imereti Governor Shavlego Tabatadze and the deputy Chairman of city council Ramaz Chkhikvadze. The new hotel, which will be built in the city center, near the White Bridge, is designed for 125 rooms. The total investment cost of the project is 30 million GEL. Up to 250 locals will be employed for the construction and subsequent operation of the hotel. The project should be completed in the 4th quarter of 2020. The project of the new international brand hotel in Kutaisi envisages the historical load of the surrounding area, the functional part and the architectural compatibility with the city.
