Leri Talikadze from Kutaisi became a world chess champion.

The  Vice-Mayor Davit Eremeishvili and A (A) IP Kutaisi Sports Institutions Manager Koba Pkhakadze met the champion and handed him a cash prize.

The World Youth Championship for Persons with Disabilities was held in the United States from July 9 to July 15. 18-year-old Leri Talikadze from Kutaisi participated in it on behalf of Georgia, who won the first place.
