Giorgi Chighvaria, Imereti Governor Shavlego Tabatadze, representatives of the Georgian Foreign Ministry, the ambassador and other high-ranking officials are attending the ongoing business forum in Poznan, Poland, which envisages the largest construction-exhibition in Central and Eastern Europe.

Poznan is a twin city with Kutaisi, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the cities on July 6, 2009. At the current meeting, the parties renewed the memorandum and once again discussed partnership issues in various fields. They agreed that the cooperation between Kutaisi and Poznan will be more fruitful and multifaceted in the future.

The 10th anniversary of the friendship of the cities was celebrated in Poznan with various events.
