Imereti Governor Shavlego Tabatadze, Vice Mayor of KutaisiGiorgi Iobashvili, Deputy Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure Ilia Begiashvili inspected the ongoing infrastructure works in Kutaisi. Among them, they got acquainted with the ongoing works on Tbilisi Street, the cost of which is 1,053,238 GEL.

At this stage, Tbilisi street alleys are being asphalted, the drainage system is being changed on the spot, pedestrian paths and new outdoor lights are being made. Also all types of communications will be placed underground.

Within the framework of the monitoring, about 770 projects financed from the regional fund throughout Georgia in 2018 were inspected on the spot, with a total cost of GEL 250 million.
