The road surface in the area adjacent to the bus station on Chavchavadze Avenue in Kutaisi has been repaired. In the first stage, the old pavement is being taken and the preparatory works are being carried out by the tender-winning company Gzamsheni 21st Century. The project is worth 267,000 GEL. The works will last for several months.

“The area around the bus station has been disorganized in terms of infrastructure for years. We promised the residents that we would fix the asphalt cover and drainage system on the spot and it would no longer be a problem for them to move here.

Work has already begun on repairing the road surface and drainage system on site. "Not only the front part of the bus station but also the surrounding area will be asphalted," said the Mayor Giorgi Chighvaria.
