The misinformation of Rustavi 2 TV and the deliberate attempt of the opposition to mislead the media and the population are discussed in the announcement of the program P.s, which emphasizes that the visit of 20  artists  of Kutaisi to the Italian city of Cosenza was financed from the city budget.

20 artists of Kutaisi  went to the Italian city of Cosenza with the full funding of the Italian side and did not spend a single penny from the Kutaisi budget. The information is public and anyone interested can follow it.

As for the portrait of the mayor of the city, it was painted by the artist Levan Gogatadze, as well as the mayor of Cosenza, Mario Ochiuto. He presented portraits to both mayors.

It was the artist's will and not someone's order to make portraits of the mayors of Kutaisi and Cosenza.

These portraits were also not exhibited in any space of the Cosenza Gallery. It was a workshop for the workshop where they worked and visitors could see the works here.

It should be noted that after the 80s of the last century,  artists  from Kutaisi did not participate in any international plenary.

The artists, with the support of the local self-government of Kutaisi and not with funding, went to an international plenary for the first time in 20 days this year. These are intercultural exchange programs between the twin cities, which will continue in the future.

The memorandum of friendship between Kutaisi and Cosenza was signed on May 2 of this year.

In the future, it is also planned to tour the local theater troupe at an international festival and introduce Georgian folklore to Italian listeners.

In the city of Cosenza, together with the Deputy Mayor of Kutaisi and a local delegation, the Mayor of Cosenza was invited by Mario Ochiuto. The parties talked about future plans in different directions: culture, art and tourism.
