On August 15, the 4th session of the Civil Advisory Board was held in the meeting hall of City Council  of Kutaisi Municipality. The Board discussed several issues: 1. The phrases to be written on the tiles of White Bridge; Kutaisi zoningand development rules. Regarding the first issue, the board members reviewed allthe incoming phrases and selected / corrected them. In addition, Akaki Tsereteli State University professors, philologists Luka Dvalishvili and Zeinab Kikvidze,who were invited to the board meeting, gave some advice to the board members and it was decided that Inga Abramidze, the Deputy chairperson of the board, will consult with experts within two days. All phrases on the tiles will be indicated bythe  author.   The   development and   zoning   document   was   discussed   once   again,which was accepted by the council based on the recommendations of Mr. OmarKikvidze and a recommendation  was given  to  the  administration  to take  theserecommendations into account as much as possible, which was confirmed by the representatives of the City Administration. The issue of communication with themedia of the Council was also discussed. Board members agreed that the work ofthe board should be open, transparent to all, including the media. The media shouldbe  provided   with  information   on   the   work   of   the   Board   and   the   issues   to   bediscussed. The members of the Board should use the means at their disposal toinform   the   general   public   about   the   work   of   the   council.   The   council   alsoconsidered several initiatives submitted by citizens. Heard information about thepeace ball, the idea of  placing it on the peace square and liked it.
