A memorandum of cooperation was signed today in Kutaisi, organized by the Local Democracy Agency of Georgia, between the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum, the Georgian National Platform and the Kutaisi City Municipality. The purpose of the memorandum is cooperation between Kutaisi City Hall and civilsociety to facilitate Georgia's EU integration process. Pursuant to Article 372 ofthe EU-Georgia Association Agreement, which provides for the establishment ofcommunication channels between central and local governments and civil society,"the establishment of communication channels and the exchange of informationand experience between central and local authorities, social and economic actorsand   civil   society."   Signed   by   Kutaisi  City Municipality   Mayor   Giorgi   Tchighvaria,
