The second meeting of the stakeholders' with in the project "Low Carbon Solutions Through Nature Based Urban Development For Kutaisi City" was conducted in Kutaisi city municipality.

The meeting was attended by the mayor of Kutaisi city municipality Ioseb Khakhaleishvili, the project manager Maia Talakhadze, the consultant Maka Zumbulidze, from the Regional Environmental center for Caucasus (REC), the local coordinator, by the heads of the municipality divisions, the NGO representatives and other stakeholders from academia.

The aim of the meeting was to present the last version of the TOR of the (ISUMP) sustainable urban mobility plan of the city.

During the meeting was discussed the possibilities of the develoment of the green areas considering the City's General Plan.

"Low Carbon Solutions Through Nature Based Urban Development For Kutaisi City" is supported by the ministry of environmenal protection and agriculture of Georgia.It is financed by the (GEF) Global Environmental Fund and is implemented by the Regional Environmental Center for Caucasus (REC_Caucasus). The beneficiary of the project is Kutaisi city municipality.
