The deputies discussed six issues on the agenda of the Legal Affairs Commission of Kutaisi City Council today.

The first issue was the approval of the statute of the Primary Structural Unit of the Kutaisi City Hall - Supervision Service, “Amendment to the Resolution of the Kutaisi City Council of December 27, 2017 № 15.

In connection with the project, in accordance with Article 2093 the Code of Administrative Offenses of Georgia and 6th sub-paragraph of Article 55 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, unauthorized occupation of the land owned by the municipality on the territory of the municipality.
