Acting Chairman of the City Council, Irakli Shengelia delivered a public lecture to the students of the Faculty of Business, Law and Social Sciences of Akaki Tsereteli State University.

Irakli Shengelia talked to the students in detail today about the structure of the civil service, the rights and responsibilities of a public servant and relations with the media. He also spoke about the functions that differentiate public service from the private sector.

At the end of the lecture, students had the opportunity to answer questions of interest to them.
