The procedure of elaboration of spatial development and development management documentation has been initiated by the Kutaisi Municipality.
The City Hall has already received the final version of the document developed within the framework of the second stage of the "Procurement of project services for the development of the Kutaisi city master plan" (Kutaisi city development vision, development strategy and assessment of their viability).

Kutaisi City Hall is ready to ensure the maximum involvement of the public in the second stage of the review process in accordance with the Resolution № 260 of the Government of Georgia of June 3, 2019 on the Rules of Spatial Planning and Urban Development Plans.
Anyone  who wants to participate in the public discussion of the Spatial Planning (Urban Planning Concept) project can submit an e-mail to contact@kutaisi.gov.ge within 1 month, wants to attend the public hearing and to submit an opinion / comment.
